The exact opposite of this is called hyperthyroidism. Hyper means more, just like how we say some people are hyper when they do a lot of work. The thyroid gland will also be hyperactive and secrete a lot of thyroid hormones. The T3 and T4 levels will be high, and the TSH (Thyroid-stimulating hormone) , which is the thyroid stimulating hormone, will be normal or less than normal. How to prevent getting thyroid:


1) We must make sure to obtain and wear a lead shield during any x-ray procedure that involves our neck region. The thyroid is easily damaged because it is located so close to our skin on the neck.

2) Smoking: If you are a smoker, please stop smoking immediately. There is a chemical called thiocyanate in cigarettes that affects the thyroid right away.

3) Self-examination: You have to self-examine yourself to see if you can see any lumps on your neck.

4) Perchlorate: You have to check if this chemical perchlorate is mixed in your drinking water. Generally, in areas where fireworks or Matchbox factories are present, it is said that this chemical contaminates the drinking water. This chemical directly affects our thyroid. So, definitely, you have to filter the water and drink it. Then only you can avoid this chemical.

Even coffee and tea are discouraged because they contain caffeine, which affects our thyroid.Foods that have been packaged or preserved should be totally avoided.

Also, refrigerated foods should be avoided completely.

Foods for Thyroid Health:


The foods recommended are normal, everyday foods only. You can try eating these foods for one or two months and then check if your thyroid levels are stable. But if they are not getting stabilized, then it is important to meet your doctor and take medications accordingly.

Let us now see what foods we can eat this morning. It is recommended to drink vegetable juice with a combination of white pumpkin (seeds removed) and coriander leaves. These coriander leaves can keep thyroid levels under control. You have to drink this juice and have your breakfast after half an hour. So, this white pumpkin juice is very beneficial. If not pumpkin, you can even add watery vegetables like cucumber or bottle guard along with coriander leaves. You have to drink this for at least two months continuously.

Next, soak coriander seeds in a glass of water overnight, boil them for half the next morning, strain them, and drink them for at least two months.

Next, coconut is supposed to be very good for the thyroid. If you eat coconut simply for your snacks or drink coconut water regularly, it is very good for your thyroid. Coconut has lauric acid in it, which is very beneficial for the thyroid.You can have fresh fruits, especially seasonal fruits, for your morning breakfast regularly. Whatever the seasonal fruits, like mango, apple, pomegranate, guava, mango, or watermelon, It could be anything, but it should be fresh, and you have to eat it as fruit itself without making it into juice.
